The La Nordica Alaska.16 is one of the largest wood burning cookstoves in the lineup, designed with great care and attention to detail to create a unique, recognizable, and highly functional appliance. The large 78 liter oven, featuring an anti-steam valve and removable rails, along with the thick cooktop with cast iron rims, make this stove a true kitchen star. The ~100 cm cooktop allows you to cook multiple dishes simultaneously. Delivering 12 kW of power, it heats spaces up to 344 m³ with an impressive efficiency of 86% (76% seasonal efficiency).

The outer cladding, doors, and frame are crafted from enameled cast iron, with sides made of enameled steel, while chrome handrails and convenient wood drawers enhance both aesthetics and practical use. The large firebox with a height-adjustable grate and Nordiker refractory lining highlights the beauty of the flames. A chromed oven rack, enameled baking tray, and stainless steel grill are included as standard.

The primary and secondary air intake are fully adjustable, while the tertiary air is pre-calibrated for optimal combustion. A removable wood drawer at the bottom provides practical storage space for firewood or kitchen utensils.
