La Nordica Termorosa DSA Lean Liberty, wood-burning hydro cookstove
The La Nordica Termorosa DSA Lean Liberty is a wood-fired hydro cookstove: connected to your central heating system, it powers radiators and produces domestic hot water in an ecological and efficient way, while allowing you to cook over a real wood fire. From its total output of 12.4 kW, 4.4 to 6.9 kW is transferred to the water system. It heats spaces up to 356 m³ with an efficiency up to 84% (70% seasonal efficiency) and energy rating A. This hydro appliance belongs in our Hydro Wood Stoves category.
The firebox is built from steel and cast iron, with doors, front plate and frame in enamelled cast iron, complemented by elegant Liberty ceramic tiles in Bordeaux. The 40.6 litre enamelled oven and cast iron ring set make this stove a complete kitchen hearth, just like the options in our Wood Cookstoves & Ranges section. A convenient wood storage compartment is located at the bottom.
This stove is prepared for the DSA safety system (optional automatic thermal relief valve), which safely dissipates excess heat in case of a central heating failure. Thanks to its direct external air intake, the Termorosa DSA Lean Liberty is also suitable for modern, well-insulated homes. The Ø150 mm flue connection (A/B) can be attached via the top or rear. The firebox (256 x 270 x 400 mm) accommodates logs up to 30 cm.

A hydro cookstove connects directly to your central heating circuit: it heats your radiators and domestic water while offering a wood-fired cooking surface and oven. From its 12.4 kW total capacity, 4.4 to 6.9 kW goes to the water circuit.
The stove is prepared for a DSA valve (automatic safety thermal discharge valve), a device designed to cool down the boiler circuit in case of excessive water temperature or heating system malfunction. This valve is available as an optional accessory.
It can heat up to 356 m³ (indicative figure calculated at 30 kcal/h per m³) through direct radiation and central heating power. Consult a heating installer to calculate exact requirements for your home.
It is available in Liberty ceramic tiles, finished in Bordeaux.
It requires a Ø150 mm chimney flue (top or rear connection) terminating above the roof line. Ensure installation is completed by a certified installer, adhering to local building codes and flue regulations such as NBN B 61-002.
