Wood insert La Nordica Inserto 80 Crystal Evo.16 – 7.4 kW

The La Nordica Inserto 80 Crystal Evo.16 is a ventilated wood insert designed to fit neatly into an existing or new fireplace. It gives an old open hearth a second life as a closed, efficient appliance. The firebox is lined with Nordiker (a refractory material) for a high combustion temperature and a bright flame, while the wide 635 x 245 mm fire opening with ceramic glass offers a generous view of the fire. With 7.4 kW of output, it heats volumes up to 212 m³ at 80% efficiency (70% seasonal efficiency, energy class A).

The structure is made of steel and the reversible door is cast iron, and it can be mounted on the opposite side for extra flexibility during installation. Two standard tangential fans with a speed regulator push warm air quickly and evenly into the room, making this insert ideal for making the most of an existing fireplace surround. Optional extras include a ventilation kit, a base kit, a Steel surround, a log-holder module and an outside-air kit. The after-burn system with secondary and tertiary air ensures clean, low-emission combustion; wood consumption is just 2.2 kg/h and the maximum log length is 30 cm.
